Your personal data is collected electronically via the online application form on checkrezerve.com. The legal bases for processing are as follows:

• Identity: First name, surname
• Contact: Email address, phone number
• Other: Business name, sector of activity, city

Personal data collected through the application form is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is hosted solely on Supabase Inc. database servers as part of technical infrastructure services; this transfer is carried out within the safeguards provided by applicable data protection law.
