2. Service Description

CheckRezerve is an online reservation and management platform for businesses. Our services include reservation management, staff tracking, email notifications and statistical reporting. The scope of services may be expanded or reduced upon prior notice.

3. User Obligations

• You must use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Misusing, damaging or gaining unauthorised access to the system is prohibited.
• Entering false information or acting on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Processing customer data in accordance with applicable data protection law is the responsibility of the business user.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed on the platform's /pricing page. Prices are exclusive of VAT. CheckRezerve reserves the right to change prices upon prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

CheckRezerve accepts no liability for interruptions or data losses caused by third-party services (Supabase, Twilio, email infrastructure provider (Resend), etc.). The platform is provided "as is"; no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is given.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, software and design on the platform belong to CheckRezerve Teknoloji. Unauthorised copying, distribution or modification is prohibited.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated upon prior notice. Updates take effect from the moment they are published on the page. Continuing to use the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
