Account Deletion

You can follow the steps below to permanently delete your account created in the CheckRezerve mobile application.

Via Mobile Application

1Tap the "Profile" tab at the bottom right.
2Tap the "Settings" menu.
3Go to "Account Security" > "Account Settings" > tap "Permanently Delete My Account".
4Complete the verification steps to confirm the action.

Deleted Data & Retention Period

Profile, reservation, and contact data are permanently deleted immediately.
Some non-personal data (such as reservation records) may be retained for 2 years due to legal obligations.

Consequences of Deletion

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
All information associated with the deleted account becomes inaccessible.
Active reservations will be cancelled.
Accumulated points and benefits will be deleted.
